CLICKS PLUMSTEAD PHARMACY - ILLNESS BEING CALLED OUT IN-FRONT OF EVERYONE

I stood in front of the counter to retrieve medication for a infection on my face. The lady helping me was nice to me, but then a man by the name of "Lindsay" came out from the back area and shouted "Who is the one with the infection?". Embarrassed, I did not know what to say... He then started calling the people behind me if they had the infection, causing further ruckus. I "put up my hand" and told him it was me, in front of everyone :(

By now I almost wanted to cry.... He then looked at my face and said "Ah, I just wanted to put two and two together", and walked away. I have never been more embarrassed to purchase medication in my life. Generally I have great service, but this man shamed me in front of everyone... Horrified

Further more the Clicks online complaint system does not work. I tried it and it give me an error message. I then go to their FAQ page and it says that does not exist. It seems as if they made every single possible way for you not to make a direct complaint without digging deeper. Its lucrative and sickening to know that I have been purchasing medicine from this company for this long.
