On Thursday I purchased a promotional item and 1 regular item. To my understanding I purshashed the wrong items, so I went to the nearest click at the time to return the items just to find the manager Fa-eeza lying in my face by telling me only way to return a items is to have my club card. Keep in mind u had my receipt as I done the purchase the same day. Oh it gets worse the attitude I received from the till manager was ridiculously disgusting they have no customer etiquette.
