Clicks phoenix pharmacy poor service

I am always having a problem with the clicks branch at the phoenix plaza in kzn .I visited the pharmacy and i showed the person at the counter that i have a script on em guidance on my phone .the person told me the dr must email it to them.i then had to explain it to him again which he refused to accept then i asked to see the pharmacy manager .i explained to the pharmacy manager that i have a script on my phone on em guidance and the person doesnt want to accept it.the pharmacy manager then informed the person at the counter that we do accept em guidance .after waiting more then 10 minutes to get a script done which supppsed to be done under 5 minutes .i then went home and to my surprise the instructions was 10 tablets for 30 days .how is 10 tablets going to last me for 30 days ?i then had to go to a hospital to try and get the medication .the hospital pharmacy resolved my issue under 5 minutes .clicks phoenix really need to educate their staff on how to work properly at their pharmacy
