Clicks Pharmasist

I have a complaint about Click pharmacy in Madiba Street (pretoria);<br> <br> I have always had a problem that the pharmacist there talk too loudly in such a way that every one waiting in a line can hear clearly what your inquiry is about.<br> <br> Today i went there to enquire about gum and teeth strengthening medication and an insulin booster; the lady who was assisting me said she only has mouth wash for the gum & teeth problem but nothing for my insulin and she doesn't know what an insulin booster/insulin problem is. Then she asked one of the ladies that work on the floor to assist; so i had to explain my self again to that lady who also couldn't help; then she referred me to yet another lady to assist.<br> <br> One can only imagine the level of embarrassment of explaining my symptoms from one person to another in front of other customers;<br> <br> 1. I do not understand how can a pharmacist from clicks doesn't know what an insulin booster is and cant recommend medicine to help with gum problems/dieses;<br> <br> 2. How a pharmasist can think if she cannot help me, then how can a mere clicks employee assist.<br> <br> I personally think that Clicks is expensive therefore their customer service should match your prices
