Clicks Pharmacy's no service

I have a script for chronic medication for my son and this pharmist doesn't want to give me the medication.

She asks the other pharmist if she can give me the medication because the doctor emailed me the script and I do have a hard copy in my hand. The other lady confirmed that she can give me the medication but she refuses.

She insisted that I go and see the specialist to get a script that is not an email. My medical aid is exhausted and now she tells me that I have to go and see the specialist before she will give me the medication.

I'm highly discussed in the service of the pharmist working at Clicks Pharmacy next to mall@carnival in Brakpan.

I want my son's chronic medication or she will be held responsible if he gets sick again!!!!!!!!!
