Clicks Pharmacy - Westwood - collection disappointment!

On arrival to collect my script as submitted via email on Friday, the head Pharmacist proved rather *********** first insisting there was no mail, only to be found by his colleague after i insisted on them re-checking. Then denial of fulfiling the script, apparently now the current month into expiry. He chose to overlook that i was unaware, and the fact that my Drs rooms could update today as a working day. This is a specific example of where intellect and common sense don't align, especially when his colleague indicated the option for him as Head pharmacist to authorise with leniency. I have enjoyed reasonable common sense and far better customer courtesy with the likes of Dischem over many years now, and this redundant indidvidual made that clear as day. Pity for the colleague/s of the same branch, Rivana, who's professional i experienced first hand since the months prior following unrest supply difficulties, which brought me to this branch and restored enough credibility to Clicks as a service provider. While the individual may be qualified on paper, he lacks essential customer care and service delivery training. Especially if at his level, he is tasked to be responsible and as the next best level to a Dr in dispensation. Further giving blatant disregard to me being out of 02 days routine medication. Please ensure that you update him with this review and assist him with wider training initiatives to grant yourselves a better reputation. Additionally I can offer my company services to help to probate, performance review and train such individuals to achieve and exceed in their output, to a far better and consistent standard.
