Clicks Pharmacy Vincent Park

I am absolutely disgusted in clicks pharmacy. I have been receiving my chronic meds from them for almost 10 years and have found out that I have 5 profiles. Today they refused to give me my 1 blood pressure pill, which I last took 2 days ago. The answer I got was that the medical aid said it's too early, which is incorrect as I receive Zildem separately from the other meds. My BP has risen and I told them that but to no avail. I intend changing my service provider to Dischem as soon as possible.

To top it all, their own head office contacted me during the week asking if they could prepare my zildem.for collection
