Clicks Pharmacy ********* practices

Clicks Saxby pharmacy submitteda claim for prescription medication on 17 & 23 June, claim total is R960. I found the practical to be dubious and *********. I had not gone in to ask for the medication nor was my permission sought to process the claim. After being unable to reach the Clicks Saxby. I submitted a complaint refence nr: *** on the Clicks website. I was promised someone from the pharmacy would contact me. This was on 26 June, not only has no one called me the transaction has not been reversed. This is very ***** and sinister behavior, businesses are taking financial strain during this period and need to ensure finances are balanced but if you going to process claims without patients permission at least pretend to be doing it in the guise of providing a service. Call me and tell me you have put through claim and are ready to drop off the meds. As far as my medical aid is concerned they paid for medication which I personally collected. We are already in a new month still no word from Clicks Saxby about my complaint.
