Clicks Pharmacy ticketing system worse than government

Clicks Pharmacy ticketing system is worse than a government ticketing system. All self-medication and collect orders are given priority above prescriptions which creates a queue where someone wishing to purchase panado's for a slight headache gets preference over someone who needs lifesaving schedule 5 medicines. These long queues also don't bode well for social distancing measures. At least at a government facility they use a FIFO system and not some illogical way of prioritizing certain patients at the expense of others.
