Clicks Pharmacy Tambotie Mall, Randfontein suck is the pits! and so is the online service

We are forced by our medical aid (for cost saving) to use Clicks. I never had issues with Clicks Pharmacy but OH MY has things changed. They rude, not client orientated and plain uncouth and obnoxious! Because I cannot stand dealing with the Tambotie Mall, Randfontein branch I decided to go online and have my repeat meds delivered to me. Now THAT seems to suck as well! I've ordered TWICE, with a sub script saying someone will call me and my meds will be delivered in 4 hours. My 1st was yesterday at 10h30 my 2nd 10h00 this morning it is now 11h15 and still Clicks and their promises are a NO show!!! Just like Eskom if there is a monopoly service is non existent!
