Clicks Pharmacy staff bad service

<p>On Saturday, 8th July went to clicks to collect an ongoing medication and was informed that thhere wasn't any prescription loaded on the system because I didn't provide a prescription letter to continue with the pills. I was so shocked because this was new to me as I did provide the new prescription letter to one of the pharmacy staff at clicks The Zone.</p> <p>When I phoned Clicks The Zone , they said they can't see any prescrption and I may be lying, a favor could have been done for me, asked for his name and he refused. I can't seem to find the prescription letter to prove that I gave him one but if only clicks would look at their cameras at that particular time to prove that I handed him a prescription letter which he gave back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>My other question is if I find that very same prescrption, what is clicks gonna do since I have been accused of dishonesty? Another thing that iritated me was when that guy on the phone said why didnt I ask him why he gave me back the prescription letter? I was shocked that does clicks expect me to also train their staff, I dont work there.</p>
