CLICKS PHARMACY SOUTHWAY MALL DURBAN

I am so angry and at my wits end with this head pharmacist at above Clicks. I have dealt with Clicks various branches for years but this is the worst, rudest, unhelpful person that I have ever come across. I am on 24/7 oxygen and unable to walk due to COPD she has been HUMBLY informed. This was done as I have to find someone who I send with a taxi costing R100 plus waiting time. Phone her to please get cronic ready. There is no reason why she can't if I call a day before collection. There us never a day that the order is correct. She either says too early for certain meds/not prescribed/double request/out of stock. They never inform you when arrived. Loves to tell you to come back another day. I have just had enough as those days I am the one suffering not having cronic meds and being very I'll vomiting especially if my Nexiam is not given. I have to pay in on these and she never knows when the amounts are different to check up just happily will charge me more than I should pay. THIS IS THE MOST USELESS CLICKS BRANCH. At point of taking R2000+ pm chronic to Dischem.
