Clicks Pharmacy - South Downs

I received the worst service in my lifetime at Clicks Pharmacy - South Downs. The person in question was a Mrs. le Roux at the pharmacy. She was completely unwilling to assist me and told me blatantly that I should go to another pharmacy, because Clicks does not want clients like myself. I did report the poor and unprofessional service to Discovery as well. When I asked to speak to a manger, she said the manger is on leave and will not assist. This is completely unacceptable and I am sure Discovery will agree that this kind of service is not up to standards. To add to my frustration with Clicks, I made an attempt to launch my complaint on their website - https://clicks.co.za/contactus but it lets me know there was an error!!! Useless, poor and unprofecional!!!
