Clicks pharmacy Soneike - the worst of the worst

My complaint is specifically about the pharmacy of the Soneike store in Kuilsriver. The centre in which it's located is near my house, so for convenience sake I kept returning. Until Tuesday 15 May. The pharmacy owed me medication, as they didn't have enough stock when I went to get my prescription filled the first time. When I arrived at the store just past 18:00, the line at the pharmacy was the longest I had ever seen; more so than usual. There were more than 20 numbers on the queuing bord. And there were only 3 people helping customers. I took a ticket and requested that I be notified via SMS once my number got called. I waited around for about 20 minutes and then went grocery shopping at 2 stores in the centre. When I still hadn't received a SMS by 18:50 I decided to go home, I still had to cook dinner. Just as I was driving out of the parking lot, I got a SMS saying my number would be called soon. I turned around and hurried back inside. The robot voice was calling my number, for the second time I presume, and when I greeted the lady behind the counter she just looked at me and said she had already cancelled the ticket. I was beyond shocked. This particular lady (an Assistant) is always rude, never smiles or greets and helps you at a pace my 90 year old gran can beat. After informing her that I wasn't going anywhere, she proceeded to "help " me by banging on her keyboard. I managed to get the attention of the pharmacist and asked who I could speak to regarding the appalling service I keep getting here. She told me that the manager wasn't there. I felt so very sorry for the 15 plus people standing in line still. Mothers and fathers with small children at 19:00 in the evening. When I pointed this out to the Pharmacist she just said "I know " and shrugged.

Needless to say I will NEVER in my life go to that pharmacy again. It actually needs to be shut down. *********** and rude with no business being in business.
