Clicks pharmacy services failure!

When ordering medication we used to use Med-express and the process was seamless. Med-express has been discontinued and I now order directly from clicks pharmacy services via the clicks app. I’ve done this for the last two months however it is so frustrating because you order your medication & get an email with a reference number. The email also says you will get an sms in 4 hours regarding your order but for 2 times in a row I have had to call to follow up on my order because absolutely nothing happens during those 4 hours. No sms no nothing until I call. I now have no choice but to move to dischem in hopes for better service.
