CLICKS PHARMACY SAVEWAYS AND HIGHLAND MEWS FAIL PATIENT CARE

Absolute horrific complaints management and care. They do not take serious complaints which involve despencing incorrect dosage schedule 5 medication on expired scripts seriously. As a patient I had to point it out and hand the medication back to them after it was packed. Clicks Saveways and Highland Mews treat patients like cattle despite their pharmacy staff being registered with a professional board. It seems their approach to managing issues in their store that effect the public and the elderly patients are swept under the carpet by their complaints team and CEO, whom I have emailed directly. It seems Click does not care and has no real interest in resolving challenges.
