Clicks pharmacy Sasolburg very unprofessional

Clicks Pharmacy Sasolburg very unprofessional - I went to buy 3 boxes of Mozzitec. The pharmacist initially made a mistake on the price saying its R380 a box, but later corrected himself saying after including VAT, dispensing fees, etc the actual price is R440 a box. I understood and still accepted the price of R440. Went to the front to pay and suddenly it was R480 a box. Confused I asked the teller why theres a price difference. She went to the pharmacist and returned saying the previous price was without dispensing fees. I said no after all their fees were added he told me it would cost R440 each, not R480. She told me to go and talk to the pharmacist myself. Went back and he kept on mentioning dispensing fees. Eventually he scanned the box again and on the system it showed R440. Suddenly seeing the price difference himself, understanding the issue and confused he went to ask another pharmacist for help. The new pharmacist manually looked up the price on the system which then showed R480. I asked but where did the R440 come from. Suddenly the first pharmacist, acting like he never saw the system showing R440 and trying to defend his pride told the second pharmacist I was trying to buy it for the price before dispensing fees. The more I tell him no Im only trying to understand where the R440 came from, the more he kept hammering on the R380. To be clear, I was happy to still pay R480, I was simply trying to understand where the price difference came in, because when he scans the box its R440, but when he manually looks up the price its R480. But suddenly the guy started becoming very unprofessional, rubbing his temples annoyed because Im asking a basic question he couldnt answer. I told him to just leave it, went to Dischem and still payed a cheaper amount. So please, if you dont know how to do your job properly, ask someone for help! And do so without blaming your mistakes on others! There is no shame in admitting to your colleagues you made a mistake or you dont understand. Also, if you cant work with people, why did you choose a customer facing career! Please train your staff to stay professional even after they made a mistake and give them proper training on how the system works!
