Yesterday sick and weak I went to Clicks Pharmacy in Cedar Square and was assisted by Narissa. I showed her an image of my prescription which my doctor ahd sent to me as an image. She asked me to email it to her. Not aware that there is no network in the building I tried to email this prescription with no luck whilst she left me to go to the back without excusing herself. i then told the black lady with glasses to assist me with transferring the image from my phone and she dismissively told me there is no network in the shop and i need to go stand outside the shop and send it. I told her I am weak and feel faint and asked she transfers with a usb cable and she told me she cant I must go stand outside and send the prescription. Still outside it was not sending. I left coz I felt weak! I came back two hours later to get the prescrpition. No Im not looking for an aplogy. Please can processes be changed in this pharmacy and educate your pharmacists on customer service and the ability for a pharamacist to call a doctor and confirm the practice number over the phone and what was prescribed. Patients who come to pharamacies should be treated sensitively and with caution as that is why we go into a pharmacy. Because half the time, we are sick! I am totally dissapointed in the less of a care behaviour that I was treated in yersterday. Clicks should call me and enlinghten me how they plan to improve their customer service. I do not want to hear no apology but an improvement in the current process structure and both those pharamacist should be taken for soft s**** training.
