Clicks Pharmacy Queenswood illtreatment

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Clicks Pharmacy Queenswood Quarter located at Cnr Soutpansberg Rd & Stead Ave, Queenswood, Pretoria on February 20th 2024.

I came with my prescription on the 20th of February 2024 to collect my medication, and I was assisted by a lady called Susette Vorster. Firstly I came to the counter and said 'Hi' but she did not bother responding, she just took my script and then took my clicks card and medical aid card. She started typing on the computer then after a short while she told me none of my prescribed meds are in store, I asked her what she meant, she said there was nothing in stock on my script, then she said sorry and handed me my script. I took my prescription and walked away, as I was walking away, a man called me and asked to see my script, the man was also a pharmacist. He said to me "Let me help you", as I was walking towards him, Susette Vorster called me and said " Let me assist you". i was confused because she had told me nothing was in store. All of a sudden she is now talking to me and being friendly, she was like "Let me check which ones I can find for you", to my suprise she had most of the meds, then she explained to me one is half and it needs to be ordered, and i will get an SMS to come and collect it. I said okay, but then I told the man who called me back that I felt like she was being rude to me the first time and she did not even make eye contact with me. So I left with my meds, all this time I was smiling with her and thought maybe she made a mistake treating me like that, little did I know she made a bigger mistake.

When I got home and was supposed to take my meds, I noticed that something was wrong, the dosage was way too much for antibiotics in general, so I did not drink the pills. On February 21st 2024 I went back to the pharmacy, Susette Vorster called to assist me but i asked her to refer someone else to assist me instead of her, so she referred me to another kind lady who listened to my story as i explained what happened yesterday and that i would like for her to double check my dosage. She also found that Susette Vorster gave me the wrong dosage, basically she read my script wrong and gave me too many pills than prescribed. The lady assisted me with patience and even gave me the pills that were given to me half because there was no stock the previous day. To my suprise, the stock arrived but I hadn't gotten an SMS to collect the rest of the pills.
