Clicks Pharmacy poor service

I have to purchase very expensive medication and some high schedule drugs for a very serious bloodclotting problem. My bank and medical aid rewards me to use clicks as preferred supplier. On the dirst item Clexane 80ml {approx R4800} Clicks Pharmacy inform me that they dont keep that stock as its expensive to hold. Also they cannot order it. I need it immeduately for life threatening condition. They then dispense the rest of the high schedule meds., and I ask them to load it on their system for my repeats. But as I now have to getthe Clexane from Dischem, I need cooy of the script. {Clicks make me a copy of the script and send me to Dischem where I get the Clexane injections with no problems}

Before leaving clicks they assure me in future i must just show our Clicks card to get my repeat meds that they supply from Clicks pharmacy. Since then everytime I need to get the repeat meds, they say they cannot find the original script. In Umhlanga, Clicks understand what happened and dispensed against the copy they gave me. They then put original dispensing sticker on my copied script as somehow the original is list and they cannot find it on their system.

However in Richards Bay Broadwalk Clicks, no matter how I explained, they refused to help me as the original script is missing, and they wont dispense without the original.

If they realy cared about their sick customers, why dont the phone doctors rooms and get confirmation of authenticity if they donttrust a copy of the script.

In stead of confirming the medicines with the presctibing doctor, whos details are on my copy of the script, and them clearly seeing the stickers of how the same script was used to duspense same meds in previous month, they refused to help me and the head pharmacist was so very rude. Clicks RBay say I must go to dischem if I want help.

You are made out as a fool or a **** and are embarrased in front of all the customers. You are sick and they have NO COMPASSION OR EMPATHY AT ALL. Disgusting assistance given to a disabled pensioner by Clicks Broadwalk.
