Clicks Pharmacy Paddocks Horrible Service

Yesterday I had a terrible experience at the Clicks in Paddocks (Milnerton). I must say, I had been a loyal customer for the last 10 years and there has been a change in pharmacists and the service has not been the same. I went to clicks on the 9th of April to collect my subscription for the year and had to wait in the queue for 45minutes. Eventually got my medication and rushed home as it was after 7pm and had to get the kids to bed. The following morning when I opened the tablets, I realised that they expire in 7months time and it worried me because these tablets were a top up of the prescription I had and I will probably not use them until September when I will probably get the allergies again and even then I will only take 5 tablets at most. So I went back to clicks and got the same lady that was assisting me and I explained my story to her that the expiry date is too close for me and I'd like to get tablets that expire in at least 12 months. She told me she understands but the best she can do is give me 5 tablets and I only pay for 5 tablets but she needed approval from her manager Shaffick Mohammed. She approached him and he said no. I requested to talk to him and he refused and told me that he has nothing to say to me, that's not allowed and I should go because he's got people waiting to assist. This probably hurt me the most because this guy knows very well that I was there the previous day spent 45mins of my time patiently waiting for service and he does not even want to talk to me for 2 minutes for me to explain my predicament. This has left a bitter taste to my mouth that I don't ever see myself going to that shop ever again and definitely never getting any meds from any clicks ever.
