Clicks Pharmacy not playing the game

I submitted a prescription ref no: ***6 via the Clicks App on Friday 6 May, and the pharmacy responsible has still not contacted us by 11:12 on Monday 9 May. This is unacceptable as the medication is required whilst my wife is sick, not a week afterwards. This prescription service in the App is not working out as an option for me.
