I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy on 20 December 2025. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome. The staff appeared disengaged and unmotivated, and the service I received was unfriendly and dismissive. The staff member who assisted me did not get up to check for my emailed prescription and made minimal effort to help, giving the impression that assisting customers was an inconvenience. This immediately put me on the defensive, as I have never been treated this way at any Clicks pharmacy before. To make matters worse, I was refused medication despite having a valid three-month prescription emailed directly by my doctor. This was done because the doctor’s practice will be closing during that period, and email prescriptions have always been accepted in the past without issue. I was rudely told that a hard copy was required, with no attempt to assist or offer a solution, effectively leaving me without essential medication. The issue was not only the refusal of the prescription, but the overall lazy, rude, and dismissive attitude of the staff. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I will not be returning to this pharmacy in the future.
