Clicks Pharmacy Musgrave - collections service is a joke

<p>On the last 3 occassions of needing to refill my prescriptions I have called into Clicks Musgrave in the morning requesting my prescription be readied for collection that afternoon. On all 3 occasssions I have arrived to find that this was not done as requested. Why offer the service if you are not going to follow through??? It is a complete waste of my time having to call through and submit all the relevant information only to arrive at the store and have to do the same thing all over again and wait in lines during the afternoon rush. Please do not let juniors take phone calls in this regard as they obviously are not competent enough or actually just don't care.</p>
