Clicks pharmacy monopoly - consumers carry the brunt

In order to meet a pharmacist and be assisted, it took exactly one hour and 7 minutes today. Clicks have monopolised the industry so that smaller pharmacies can exist no longer exist competitively. Now consumers have no choice but to waste inordinate amount of time standing in queues. The pharmacist and teller were friendly - but the wait is abusive of consumers' time, especially now that other pharmacies have been forced out of the market.
