Clicks Pharmacy Jabulani Mall
I nearly lost my Aunt today in the hands of careless people.
Damn you Clicks Pharmacy Jabulani
I met my Aunt in the morning at Jabulani Mall, we catched up good enough then took separate ways, as I was going home & she just got to the Mall.
Few minutes after I got home she called me to tell me she's been stung by a bee, she's not feeling well, I could feel my heart starting to pound as I could hear she's struggling to breath & I panicked cause I know she's a known Asthmatic. I didn't want her to hear I am in a panic I told her to slowly start making her way to clicks pharmacy I'm coming back.
When she got to the Pharmacy she gave a guy her phone, the guy told me she will give her an ointment I told him, no please do a proper check on her because she has had an Anaphylactic reaction before then the guy said her chest is closing up I will rush her to the Sr. The 2nd call I made to her she couldn't talk properly but she said she needs help no one is with her, I googled and phoned clicks pharmacy so I can find out why she's not getting help.
After several tries a lady answered, she told me she's the Sr at Clicks Pharmacy my Aunt's chest is shutting down, she can't do anything for her she told her to quickly walk to Bheki Mlangeni (Jabulani Hospital) I couldn't believe my ears, you let someone who can't breath to walk alone to hospital, who the hell are those people, couldn't they call family, get someone to walk her or call an Ambulance. I'm extremely disappointed
Lucky the Taxify I requested was a minute away, I explained to the guy my situation, I assume he placed himself in my position, he rushed to Jabulani Mall, my Aunt was hopelessly sitting next to hungry lion by then she was no longer answering my calls, she couldn't even walk, the Taxify Guy helped me put her in the car, I phoned our family Dr, Dr Makhubela at Tladi by the time we got there they were waiting for us, she was not talking at all but after a massive team work at the Dr's room, my Aunt started to breath & regain strength. The Taxify Guy waited until I told him it's okay he can leave
I am grateful to God, The Taxify Guy, Dr Makhubela & his team. To Clicks Pharmacy I'm so angry, disgusted & very disappointed.
