Clicks Pharmacy Harvest Mall just not Clicking

Clicks Pharmacy Harvest Mall's dispensary needs to be educated by the other local branches. Poor client skills and clearly has a problem with their ordering system or doesn't know how to use it or simply can't be bothered. Not sure why I must go to another branch to order out of stock meds?
