In 2020 (not sure which month) they gave her an alternative of one of her usual prescribed medication without discussing it or mentioning it. She took the pills and she got sick the first time, I took it back and they said they don't take medication back nor will they let me buy the right one over the counter without prescription from the doctor. We went to consult with a doctor and we bought the pills the 2nd time. In May 2021 they gave her the wrong medication, luckily she had not opened the package when I realized and I took it back and they gave me the right one and I complained to the manager about everything that has happened since we started collecting from them and he said it will not happen again. Last month (August 2021) they went to collect the medication as usual and I noticed that it's one pack of tablets short and they did not mention it to them or tell them to come back for them after a few days. When I went to tell them about it the person who was helping me gave me attitude on how it's not possible for them to miss the medication that is written on the prescription letter. He then realized that the error lies with them but he still could not give me the medication because they don't have them in stock that's why it was not there is the package. My mother's medication collection is scheduled for 6months, can't Clicks pharmacy Groblersdal make sure that she gets all her medication on time for that 6 months? My mother's health is constantly at risk because of Clicks pharmacy Groblersdal.
