Clicks Pharmacy Gateway

Shared a complaint and a suggestion to the customer services/complaints department regarding the Gateway store pharmacy. I had the most rude Indian woman call me today not to assist with my complaint or suggestion, she quite angrily says that my complaint is a lie. She has no way of speaking how on earth do you guys have her dealing with customer service issues.
