Clicks Pharmacy - Galleria Mall Pathetic Service

Kindly see below my horrid experience at Clicks - Galleria Mall Pharmacy.

Clicks Pharmacy at Galleria Mall has the worst and most pathetic service ever!!!!!! On Saturday, 26 March 2022. I visited the store to fetch prescribed medication. I noticed their system had changed nevertheless, I collected a ticket and waited in the line (no social was maintained at the store). The staff that worked at the pharmacy was slow and totally disregarded the customers waiting for help.

When I was finally assisted after ages the Indian lady, who then referred me to an *********** staff member who took forever to assist me as there was someone else at that counter before me. The line at the pharmacy was extremely long which was going into the isles. While waiting for the medication I was then told there wasn’t enough stock. Why make a customer wait when you know you are unable to help. The lady who was supposed to assist me was not even at her counter but was having a “good laugh at the back of the pharmacy”. Is that not professional? When I requested to speak to the manager neither was he available nor the assistant manager. The service is pathetic at Clicks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work at the mall and I needed assistance only to have my entire lunch break wasted because of *********** staff and their lack of customer service !!!!!!!!!!
