Clicks pharmacy DOBSONVILLE shopping center service sucks

Today I went to clicks DOBSONVILLE shopping centers to purchase some medications and I arrived there at 08:30 as there was a queue outside waiting to go in. So they opened at 9:00 then I went to pharmacy to buy the medication we were more tha 15 to 20 in a queue and there was only one person working and I waited for 30 minutes and I asked to see the manager and I was told she is the one on counter yet name is Nomzamo so I went to her and ask isn't there any staff members who can assist as the queue is too long and she the only one on counter and she told me that they are buisy with other thing so I failed to understand how are we supposed to wait for 30 minutes whereas the staff is busy with other thing are we not important as clients. I ended up leaving and go take some self medication as I couldn't wait any longer cos my shift was about to start and I went to pay when I get there the was one person in a queue the was one person working and as soon as she see me standing there she called the other staff member to assist and services was very good so I don't understand different people are working at the same building but services is different. Pharmacy services sucks
