Clicks Pharmacy Cresta-Worst Treatment Ever!

False accusations and disrespect from the management from Clicks Cresta Shopping Centre. Earlier today I go to my toiletry shopping as usual from them, get to the till point and get assisted by a lady with a name tag Judith, the entire time I’m on my phone, then I pay and as I exit, the door sensors beeps. We check through what wasn’t scanned and she denies seeing the foundation(make-up) which wasn’t scanned. Immediately security calls her rude manager by the name of Kenuwile, accusing me of *****ing the make-up foundation because supposedly her cashier “didn’t see it”, mind you, cashiers scan, run items through their theft detector right on the desk then packs the same items for you. She threatens me of calling the police and when I request we check the footage, she just goes all silent and throws the foundation at me to pay for it. Worst Customer Service I’ve ever received there!!!! If the management is this rude and diminishing to people, I can’t imagine the front line staff. Thanks to Kenuwile, I will shop for my necessities elsewhere!
