Clicks Pharmacy - Confusing medical profiles

I have been using Clicks Pharmacy for a number of years and have been divorced for more than 2 years now.

My medical aid used to be linked to my ex-wife's but I've changed this so that my profile in it's entirety will be independent from hers. Clicks has failed time and time again to keep the profiles separate - at Clicks Vredekloof pharmacy (Brackenfell) and Clicks Cobble Walk pharmacy (Durbanville).

My latest script was loaded on my ex-wife's profile. How does this happen, how! Surely this is a transgression of some law as you're clearly unable to guarantee the protection of my personal information.

I spend a **** load of time in store every month while your staff try to figure out that the f**ck is going on. It's unbelievably frustrating and it's fu**ing crazy how your staff allow this to continue month after month. Stop repeating your mistakes!

I hereby instruct Clicks to immediately and irreversibly separate the medical profiles.
