Clicks Pharmacy communication problem.

I was appalled by the service which I got from Clicks Pharmacy Clearwater Mall today when I went in for my booster vaccine . Firstly the lady who controls the queue cannot communicate properly . I was sitting right at the front of the queue and she disregards me and speaks to the people at the back of the queue saying "last 4 in"'. Since there were elderly people at the back I honestly understood this as elderly people had to go in first so I waited. Then she later says pointing at me "you all can go in since she is not going" portraying me as the fool. When I confronted her about the miscommunication she said she told me that she told me to go in and I didn't listen. Later whilst inside I learnt that she confused other people as well with her miscommunication. A poor elderly man was lost in queue was lost and did not even know that he has to check in with his self medication slip before going to the nurse. The nurse had to explain this to him. Honestly, the manager should get someone who communicates better.
