Clicks Pharmacy Cedar Square offered to prepare my prescription medication for collection for the duration of the script. Every month despite going to the designated collect counter it is a challenge to receive prompt service. Today, it took 20 minutes for someone to attend to me despite being the only person in the collect queue. It took no more than two minutes to hand me my medication. I received no apology. The service should simply not be offered if it cannot be honored.
