Clicks Pharmacy Canal Walk

I got the worst experience at Clicks Pharmacy Canal Walk, they skipped my ticket number and called people who came after me. I had to ask one of the pharmacist for assistance myself because no one was willing to help and they can see I had a ticket which was P074.

They got someone to help me who took her time and kept telling me that they have not received my prescription email, I decided to use another email address. I was there for more than 30 minutes to a point where I even set down. I am truly not happy with this Clicks Pharmacy and they don’t have sense of urgency.

I am not feeling I was not there to waste time and they keep people waiting, they were busy singing “gqirha le ndlela” while people were waiting to be called out.
