Clicks Pharmacy Caledon refusing to pay pharmacist.

My mom lost a good amount of money because of this situation. How do we handle it? Good day, Ya****an, you don't know me. My name is Liebie Engelbrecht (Elizabeth). There was an unfortunate event during a locum I did at the Clicks Pharmacy at Caledon. The RP is still recovering from her back operation. She asked me to do some locums for her up to 15 Feb 2025. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel some of my locums in January. Unfortunately, since day one of my locums , I felt a very hostile atmosphere in the dispensary, from the other pharmacist, Tamsyn, as well as mostly one of the assistants, especially the bigger built one. Not so much from Heather, the other, more slenter, assistant. Most of the time they left me alone with the patients, while the que was picking up with more and more patients. When I brought it under their attention, the bigger pharmacist assistant came over very aggressivly towards me telling me they are busy with the RPS- preparations. As a senior pharmacist with more than 38 years of experience, I am well aware that the patients in front of you have the right to be attended to first, above the completion of the RPS 's. That was one of the incidentes that happened. Another thing that happened, was that I started feeling I'll due to a heart condition I have and I knew that I couldn't continue with my shift . Fortunately there was another pharmacist, and I hurried home. The previous time this same situation began, I waited for the release pharmacist. Tamsyn told me to take the next day off to recover fully, that was yesterday. Today she let me know that she cancelled all my shifts without prior authorisation of her direct supervisor and head pharmacist, Marié Botes. Just to strenghten my point as locum, the other locums known to me, also complained about the same kind of behaviour. None of us are children anymore and none of us deserve this kind of treatment from young pharmacists and assistants. I hope this will help you if you are going to investigate this situation. Kind regards. Elizabeth Engelbrecht Ok, I see you did not read my letter. Now I'm going public with my letter.
