Clicks Pharmacy Brixton delays release of medication

I am writing on behalf of my sister that went to Clicks pharmacy Brixton to collect prescribtion medication yesterday (09/05/2021). I accompanied her and witnessed how she was assisted by an extremely *********** team of employees that could not manage to process her prescribtion for a whole hour. There after she was shown away from the store with an excuse that the medical aid did not approve the claim after this was actually caused by an error of the staff member that assisted her. After this error it seemed that there was no one on duty that knew how to reverse this error and resubmit the claim correctly. As a result my sister was forced to leave the store and return this morning only to be shown the door again with excuses. It is extremely important that she recieve her medication as she suffers from high blood pressure and this could be a life threatening situation being delayed by the imcompetence of staff members of Clicks Brixton Johannesburg. It is totally unacceptable that a pharmacist that is supposed to have a professional qualification to fill such a position is not able to perform up to standard especially when a patient's life might be at risk.
