Clicks Pharmacy Boksburg (Medicross)

I do not like to complain but today I had enough.

Never have I ever waited so long at a Pharmacy. Everytime I go there I wait. I never complain but today it pushed me to my limits. I register for Hellopeter just to say how unhappy I am because of this.

From the 23rd of October 2020 untill the 23rd of November 2020 one month has past and I went to collect my script that's due, just to be told that its not ready as I should receive a sms to collect. Not only was it not ready for pick up, they also did not have stock of one of my tablets on the script. I arrived just before 5 and left 5 minutes to 6. How in the world? It takes longer to get your script from the pharmacy than waiting for or seeing a doctor in the same building.

I asked for them to give me my script so that I can get it from another pharmacy on the way home. They could not find my script.2 ladies looked for the script. The one lady had to leave as her shift is over. It got passed onto the other lady to help. How unorganized? Does management even exist at this place?

With no tablets left after the 23rd of Nov , how must I wait longer for stock to come in and not be able to get it from another pharmacy ? I wonder if my doctor will say its fine not to take my meds for 1 or 2 days?

Conclusion : They send me all the way to the East Rand Mall Clicks after 6pm getting one of the staff there to wait for me after closing time.Dispensing it without my presence. Needing to use more petrol, pay for parking and walk all the way inside the middle of the shopping mall. This is not acceptable.

Going forward I will collect all my scripts from Clicks Pharmacy Boksburg (Medicross) and go to another pharmacy. I will not accept that they cant find my script! They are supposed to be organized.

They must start looking for my 2 scripts so long or get it from my doctor in the same building, for when i get there next weekend and wait again, I will write another review like this. Hellopeter.com will be my favorite website after this.

I don't think I'll ever support clicks pharmacy again and I will advise others not too aswell.
