Clicks Pharmacy Barkly Road, Galeshewe stole my money

I went to click and paid using my bank card, the system was slow and payment reflected on my bank that it went through however the cashier said it didn't go through. They said i must swipe again and the uncleared amount will return to my account immediately or within 24hr and up until now I have not received my money back it just disappeared into thin air
