Clicks Pharmacy Atteridgeville bad service

I was utterly disappointed by Clicks Pharmacy Atteridgeville when they informed me that they do not accept WiCode vouchers feom the Avbob Rewards programme.

When I asked for a reason they couldn't provide any, they just said their store doesn't accept WiCodes.

I called two different Clicks Stores ( Menlyn Park and Quagga Centre) to confirm if they accept WiCode and they said they do.

This is such an inconvenient because I have to drive further when Clicks Atteridgeville is closer and easily accessible, if I was given a valid reason I would have gladly understood.

According to my knowledge voucher purchases are claimed back from the service provider that issued the voucher by the retailer after the purchase, so I wasn't getting my items free of Charge, Clicks is within rights to claim the value back from Avbob Rewards.

1 star is a much better rating, they deserve no star at all, and it is unfortunate that their bad service negativity affects the rating of the entire Clicks on this platform since they dont have their own store profile.
