Clicks pharmacy assistants not using their brains.

I am sick in bed and my Dr sent me a script by email after a phone consult today. My son who works opposite Clicks Scottsville went to fill it for me and they wanted an email from me!!!!! He has my Medical aid card and the Dr's script and details, and his own ID. He ALWAYS gets my meds for me as I am housebound. After a prolonged wait for them to email me-while I sat at my computer, they decided they had the script off his email and gave him the meds. I know this complaint doesn't make sense-not to me either. I wish pharmacies would employ people who can think. What qualifications do shop assistants in pharmacies have?
