Clicks pharmacy wf nkomo is not showing as a branch it's at a medicross ,staff is not checking the sestym right or clicks pharmacy system has a loophole,my family went to the dr,and when they wanted to get medicine the pharmacist,used the old medical aid to put the medication through,which was used more than 9months ago,so my family had to iay the whole amount,instead of using the current medical aid ,and savings account,this comes back to administrative faults thats not being rectified do clicks pharmacy gets away with transaction *****,even with medication,that specific medicines pharmacy costed me more than R1200on prescription fees and my sleeping pills was claimed from my mefical aid but never given to me,they committed *****.nothing happened to my complaints
