Clicks Pharmacy

My Clicks card was ****** about 2 years ago, since then I have reported it at their store twice. I have been receiving numerous emails and messages saying I have R90.00 in cashback. After buying goods from them, I was told I do not have any cashback. I then phoned the number on my till slip. I explained my frustration to the assistant, he then said he will cancel all cards on my name except the new card. Also he will transfer the R90.00 to my new card. I was in Clicks today, bought a few items, and can you believe it!! NO CASHBACK!! I am furious, to say the least!!
