Clicks Pharmact Profiles

<p>For 8 years I have been trying to get myself off my ex-husbands profile. I have repeated asked Clicks to DELETE the old profiles (yes there are more than one linked to different addresses) and they REFUSE. So much for their have one profile and pick up your meds from any pharmacy.</p> <p>So now my kids (2) are on their own medical aids and now when one of us claim another one of us is billed on our medical aid.........despite us informing the pharmacy of who the member is that needs to be charged. This results in HOURS OF UNNECESSARY CALLS at our expense and HOURS OF TIME wasted to fix it up YET AGAIN. I am so ****ed off with your bad service. </p>
