Clicks Pharmacists gave me wrong treatment

I felt some discomfort on my nose on Thursday and I discovered it was sores Friday morning. these sore were spreading faster and I went to look for help on Saturday at Clicks Pharmacy in Vosloorus Chris Hani Crossing.

The Pharmacist asked if I can lower my mask so that they can see how bad I was, I did that, I also to her that I am in pains and that I need something that will be very effective. she gave me Dermoban Ointment to use, I got home and washed my nose and app**** the ointment as per her instructions, I felt a serious burning sensation and unbearable pain as I was breathing out, I thought maybe the sores were too infectious and I tried to relax a bit for the ointment to work well in the sores.

The pain became worst and my nose felt hardened. I then took a leaflet and read it, only to find that it is not suitable for intranasal use, not suitable to use in the nose or eyes. i am very disappointed and hurt because i trusted Clicks so much.
