Clicks Pharmacist very unfriendly

I have been a well supportive client every single month with clicks for many years ,but I am sorry the service at clicks lately is very poor. The people working at the pharmacy is so unfriendly and doesn't really want to help you. Then on the other side I have received nappies for my baby shower from our guests , I wanted to exchange the nappies cause my baby is 2 big for them but unfortunately they said they can't cause they need the slip. Please tell me where should we get the slip if we got this as a gift????? Clicks please work on your customer service and pharmacy staff then I will come back ,but for now I will be shopping somewhere else!
