clicks pharmacist should not work with clients
Standing in the queue on 29/5 at 14h00 - sick as a dog with flu. Load shedding - lights went out. Computers were still on. Other assistant continued to help customer but mr maritz just walked away and starting working in the back office. I still waited and said I would pay cash so no need to access to my medical aid would be required. When I finally got to the front the assistant wanted to give me the over the counter meds ( sinutab) and tske my clicks card number to capture later since the computers went off due the power failure, but mr marirz just refused. I left, walked inti the next pharmacy ( robertson pharmacy) where they were friendly and efficient and gave me the meds rigt away. Other people in town have also mentioned mr maritz's bad attitude before and now I have experienced it first-hand.i will never go to clicks pharmacy again. Shicking thst ahealth professional care so little for his patients. M
