Clicks pharmacist prescribes incorrect medication and they don't seem to give a damn about it

My daughter went to the Clicks at pharmacy at Signet Terrace on the 25 October 2019 to get some medication for stomach cramps which she gets during her monthly cycle. She was assisted by a pharmacist who prescribed spasmend and diclo-flam. She didn’t tell my daughter how to take diclo-flam and that it was an effervescent that needed to be dissolved in water and she only found that out when she read the insert by herself. Since Monday, my daughter was complaining that she was experiencing a lot of burning sensations and pain in her abdominal area and her mother told her to take the medication as it needs to take time to work. Today, she started vomiting blood and I went to another pharmacist as Clicks was already closed by the time I finished work. The pharmacist who I went to for assistance advised me that the diclo-flam was not supposed to be prescribed to her as it wasn’t treatment for the cramps and made it quite clear that it could have burnt a hole into her stomach. So please tell me what the hell is going on and how can the pharmacist prescribe the incorrect medication??? I've been to the pharmacy and I was given a "I'm sorry" from the pharmacy manager and I was told that Robert was going to call me, but if he didn't call me, I should call him. How does that work??? My daughter is sitting with an ulcer now and Clicks doesn't give a damn about it!!! I guess they prefer to have their brand disgraced over social media and in the newspapers and let's see how many other people come forward with similar complaints. My attorney will be taking it over now.
