Clicks pharmacies are not syncing...

I have been a card member for almost 15 years now. I have used my card to purchase my chronic medication numerous times,but since last year I have had problems. They loaded my sister onto my profile,and all of my medication onto her name. Then they didn't log a repeat,now my husband who is on my profile by choice,his repeat can't be picked up on the system. The pharmacist rat each other out:the one lady told me if they can't find a certain profile,they just create a new one. I have changed my details as requested by the pharmacist who helped me,about four or five times. I feel that all of the branches aren't "talking" to each other! I don't want to go to dischem but it is so frustrating to have this problem each time! I like clicks because it's a great shop and the prices are reasonable. But I don't want to get frustrated every time I go.
